IAM Governance Analyst @ Zensar

Job Description

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related technical field; or equivalent work experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in Information Security Services, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
• 4+ years in Identity Goverce & Administration [IGA].
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in at least one of verticals below:
  • Identity & Access Goverce suites such as RSA Identity Goverce & Lifecycle (formerly Aveksa) or other competitor products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Goverce or IBM Security Verify Goverce.
  • Privileged Credential Management tools that cover both cloud [examples AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud Secret Manager] or on-prem credentials [such as CyberArk or other competitor tools like Beyond Trust, Thycotic, Delinea, Arcon, Hashicorp].
• Candidate submission format (one pager per profile):
• 1. Years in SAM and/or PAM (recent projects, scope, responsibilities)
• 2. Tools matrix (product names, versions, tenure)
• 3. Audit/evidence experience (controls addressed; sample artefacts prepared)
• 4. Scripting/data basics (PowerShell/Python/SQL) + brief example (feed/report fix or automation)
• 5. Location & shift acceptance (Noida/Gurugram preferred; 2:00 10:30 pm IST), current employer & notice period
