Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida location

Experience- 5- 12 years

Grade B2/C2

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional Consulting & Requirements Gathering

  • Engage with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll business teams to understand requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, gapfit analysis, and document functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into system configurations and process flows.

2. System Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure HCM modules such as:
    • Compensation (salary planning, variable pay, bonus cycles, merit cycles)
    • Benefits Administration (plans, eligibility rules, enrollment processes)
    • Payroll (earnings, deductions, tax rules, validations, pay cycles)
  • Set up workflows, security roles, and business rules.
  • Participate in endtoend implementation cycles including design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

3. Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and support UAT.
  • Perform regression testing after upgrades or new feature releases.

4. Support & Troubleshooting

  • Resolve functional issues related to Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data loads.
  • Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and process improvements.

5. Documentation & Training

  • Create functional documentation (BRD, FRD, configuration docs).
  • Provide training to HR teams and end users.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 512 years of hands-on experience in HCM functional roles.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the following, with working knowledge of the others:
    • Compensation
    • Benefits Administration
    • Payroll
  • Experience in platforms like Workday / Oracle HCM Cloud / SAP SuccessFactors / PeopleSoft (specify as needed).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
