PeopleSoft Architecture Knowledge:
Understanding of PeopleTools, Application Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, and Database tiers.

PeopleTools Expertise:
Familiarity with PeopleTools versions, upgrades, and patching.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).

Integration & Automation:
Experience with Integration Broker, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Scripting skills (Shell, PowerShell) for automation.

Database Administration:
Strong knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases (installation, tuning, backup/restore).

Operating Systems:
Experience with Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux environments.

Middleware & Web Servers:
Proficiency in configuring WebLogic, Tuxedo, and integration broker.

Performance Tuning:
Ability to optimize application and database performance.

Security Management:
Managing roles, permissions, and encryption within PeopleSoft.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Diagnosing issues across application, middleware, and database layers.
