Data Executive - ( Non IT Roll )

Freshers only

Pick Up- between Kanjurmarg Station (Central) / Andheri Station (Western)

Workdays : Monday to Saturday 6 days a week
Shifts: 12 PM to 9 PM , 2 pm to 11 pm
Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual Video Interview.
Qualifications: 0- 1 Years, Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities will include:
* Handling claim-related data entry tasks to support mailed letters and claim forms.* Proactively reviewing active cases to ensure mail and web correspondence is handled timely and effectively, escalating questions or potential challenges identified on the case.* Reviewing and analyzing various legal documents, reports, and records (e.g., claims, contracts, affidavits of service, case communication materials, and more).* Ensuring accurate record keeping and time tracking.* Adhering to estimates and deadlines for the completion of assigned tasks/projects.* Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.* Supporting project teams in ensuring the timely completion of claim review.* Communicating verbally and in writing with project team members on projects to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects.* Tracking all hours worked on each project accurately.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.* Experience in the legal field or a service industry is highly preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.* The ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment is required.* High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
