Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails framework, a passion for building scalable and maintainable web applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development processes.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver highquality software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Ruby and the Rails framework.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and object relational mapping (ORM).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 Years of experience
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
