Experience-4-8 Years
Expert in Interior/Exterior Trims with UGNX and Catia. Should have excellent plastic knowledge.
Location: Pune
Design Engineer Exterior Trims (Front / Rear Fascia)
Responsibilities/ task
Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority
Key Performance Indicators
- Check adequacy of input data and identify the constraints for project planning.
- Create or modify 3D model considering the environment of design, guarantee rules of design / consultation / validation by partners.
- Ensure robustness by taking of account constraints of architecture, process, as well as reference frames.
- Integrate 3D/2D data in the digital model with guaranty of positioning of the component and its fixings. Checking the presence of all the elements to ensure design approval & release.
- Timely updating of work progress track sheet, Ensure On time delivery (OTD) & First Time Right (FTR)
- Design, development of exterior products Front / Rear Fascia.
- Should be able to design and develop the master section, concept detailing independently.
- Candidate should have executed at least couple of related engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Creation and modification of CAD models and drawings in required CAD software . Create QC documents.
- To provide design solutions for sheet metal / Trim parts and provide design services in these areas.
- To ensure QCD targets are met and there is agreement on technical style within scope.
- To lead and steer the part development processes with suppliers and within the development teams.
- To ensure product, processes, and services consistency within work environment by defining part acceptance criteria.
- To create design documentation required in development processes as per standards.
