Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in Embedded Systems and Automotive hiring. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with end-to-end recruitment and have a solid understanding of niche technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Embedded, Automotive, ADAS, Linux, BSP, Device Drivers, AUTOSAR, C/C++ roles
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  
• Screen, evaluate, and coordinate technical interviews
  
• Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  
• Maintain recruitment metrics and pipeline tracking
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Embedded & Automotive domain hiring
  
• Good understanding of technical skillsets and project-based hiring
  
• Expertise in lateral hiring for product and service-based companies
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
