Your Role
Total Experience: 6- 9 Years
Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore
- Influence and architect transition solutions for large bids, collaborating with bid teams, analysts, and architects.
- Lead endtoend delivery of transition projects , ensuring time, cost, and quality commitments for multitower, multiregion engagements.
- Ensure seamless support transition from project phase to Hypercare and BAU, including scope management and reporting.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, handle escalations, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, enhance transition methodologies, and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing large, complex IT transitions and delivering multitower, multigeography engagements.
- Strong background in transition solutioning , proposal contribution, and designing transition approaches for large deals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills across senior levels.
- Certified in ITIL v3 (mandatory) with working knowledge or certification in PMP / Prince2 / Agile (preferred).
- Strong analytical, planning, and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage teams, drive outcomes, and adapt to changing priorities.
