We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, calls, and meetings

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers

• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong convincing and closing abilities

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline 

• Local market knowledge preferred
