Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient processing of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Oversee data entry, verification, and validation processes to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective workflows to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in back office operations or related field (data entry, GIS mapping).
- Strong understanding of Google Maps and basic computer skills required; knowledge of GIS software an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong time management skills essential.
- Excellent communication skills necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues across different departments.
