Job Description:
We are looking for an Experienced HR Recruiter / HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across BPO and Healthcare domains. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Posting job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other job portals
- Sourcing candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews Coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline
*Candidate Profile / Eligibility*
- Graduation in any discipline
- Knowledge of recruitment life cycle (R2R / End-to-End Hiring)
- Strong communication (English)and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Basic Telugu speaking & understanding is mandatory
- Career gap should not exceed 2 years
Experience: 0 - 3 Years (Freshers welcome) BPO / Healthcare
(Prefer Non-IT Recruitment Experience)
Compensation:
Freshers: Up to 18,000 per month
Experienced Recruiters: Up to 28,000 per month (BPO/Healthcare)
