Job Description

Hiring Freshers/ Recent Graduates for HR Recruiter roles in Thane - Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience: Fresher - Min. 6 months. (Training will be provided)
Qualification: Any graduate /undergraduate with good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding the clients requirements.
Sourcing the Quality and suitable candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
Sourcing the candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and also through references and networking,
Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches. Mass Mailing through Job posting, LinkedIn Searches.
Coordinating with candidates for interview. Scheduling and tracking the short-listing candidates for the interview.
Responsible for tracking the offered candidates until they join the organization.
Maintaining the trackers & reports of the candidates.
Communication with candidates to find out their suitability as per the requirement and to know their interests.
Follow up on shortlistings, interview schedules, Selection, Negotiations, till Onboarding.

*Candidates that are recent graduates, Freshers or with Less than 2years of experience are preferred.
