 Senior Software Engineer _Power BI Developer

Job Description


  • Education Qualification: Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related field or Exposure to any ERP platforms experience.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Develop and design new dashboards and visual reports using Power BI Desktop.
  • - Deploy Power BI reports and dashboards using Power BI Service.
  • - Write SQL queries and views in Snowflake database to import data as per data model requirements.
  • - Conduct unit testing of all tools in the dashboard with respect to the database before deployment to the workspace.
  • - Optimize the performance of Power BI dashboards and implement bug fixes.
  • - Enhance and format Power BI dashboards to improve user experience.
  • - Write DAX formulas/functions for complex calculated columns and measures in Power BI.
  • - Understand ETL processes and perform data analysis for data visualization.
  • - Deliver business user stories as per Agile Scrum methodology via Program Increment workflow.

  • Required Skills
  • - Proven experience in developing visual reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
  • - Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake database.
  • - Experience with Power Automate
  • - Strong understanding of ETL processes and data analysis.
  • - Experience in report builder for paginated reports
  • - Ability to write complex DAX formulas/functions.
  • - Experience in performance optimization and bug fixing for Power BI dashboards.
  • - Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and Program Increment workflow.
  • - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
