Job Description


We are looking for a French Voice Support Specialist to join our international voice support team. You will be responsible for handling voice calls in French, providing excellent customer service and support while communicating clearly in both French and English.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in French and English.
  • Provide accurate and professional support to French-speaking customers.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and escalate when required.
  • Maintain records of calls and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Adhere to quality and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Fluent French speaking skills with minimum B2 certification mandatory.
  • Fluent English communication at B2 level.
  • Comfortable speaking on voice calls and handling real-time interactions.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, weekends).
  • Comfortable with rotational week offs.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Any graduate or equivalent. Freshers with valid B2 certification are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule


  • Rotational Shifts (247 / day & night / US-UK shift windows).
  • 5 working days with 2 rotational week offs.
