Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on a rotational shift schedule, with weekends off (UK Shift) / 24x7x365 contract (US Shift).
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone calls.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
