Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic candidates for Voice Process roles in Sales, Insurance Advisory, and Customer Support. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Provide information about insurance products and services
* Assist customers with policy-related queries and applications
* Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate in any degree
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Willing to work in Voice Process


Work Details:
* 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
* Day Shift
* Work From Office
