Role Overview -

• Recruit and onboard freelance advisors who will sell health insurance products
• Advisors earn commission-based income
• Major focus on onboarding housewives, lawyers, teachers, govt employees, entrepreneurs as advisors
• Support, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets

 

Ideal Candidate Profile -

• Experience in sales, agency, or advisor management
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work in field and grow an advisor network
