Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in ReactJS to lead frontend development and deliver highquality scalable web applications

Job Description

• Design and develop responsive userfriendly web interfaces using React and BootstrapCSSCSS3.
  
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in frontend development.
  
  
• Optimize application performance accessibility and maintainability.
  
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers on ReactJS and frontend technologies.
  
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ReactJS and frontend development Participate in architectural discussions to drive frontend strategy and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex ReactJS components and UI modules.
  
  
• Oversee the integration of BootstrapCSS frameworks to ensure consistent styling and responsive design.
  
  
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce best practices.
  
  
• Collaborate with UIUX designers to translate designs into functional features.
  
  
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues to improve user experience.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and tooling.
  
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
