Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager - NR Team
Location: Vadodara , Mumbai , Delhi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our NR Team . The ideal candidate will drive business growth by connecting with potential NR clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound calls to potential NR clients to sell insurance and investment products
- Meet monthly targets and maintain accurate CRM updates
- Liaise with bank branches and brokers to generate business

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance, NR client handling, or mutual fund sales
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

CTC- 4lpa- 5lpa + Incentive
