Job Description:
We are hiring Senior Sales Executives for our real estate division in Noida and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be confident, good in communication, and passionate about sales. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, attending calls, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily incoming leads and follow-up calls
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Understand customer needs and recommend the right property options
Convert leads into confirmed sales through strong negotiation
Maintain healthy relationships with clients for future references
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
Update CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
