Location - Mumbai - Thane
Salary - upto 3.50 lpa
Eligibility/Job requirements:
Graduate / postgraduate with overall 3+yrs experience of working in a domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. 1+yr of inbound and outbound
call-taking experience is a must.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate with good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred.
Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends and Public Holidays
Candidate should be able to conversate in English, Hindi and Marathi or English Hindi + any regional language (Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Gujrati, Malayalam, Telugu)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of General Insurance.
Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of General Insurance.
Responsible for delivering the relevant KPIs designed for the assigned job role.
Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
Responsible for Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign running at the Contact Centre.
