Job Description

Position: ERP Implementation Executive (2 Years Contractual Role)

Location: Noida, Sector 132

Experience: Freshers (Male Only)

Qualification: B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA, or related qualification

Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Training & Work Details

• Training Period: 34 months (Training on ERP system and implementation process)
• Working Days: 6 Days working (All Sundays | 1st and 3rd Saturday Off)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary during training: 18,000 20,000 per month
• Post-training salary: Hike up to 25,000 per month based on performance
• Incentives (per month based on project location):
1. India & Nepal: 25% of fixed pay
2. Middle East & Sri Lanka: 50% of fixed pay
3. Africa: 100% of fixed pay
• Annual Increment: 5,000 after successful completion of 1 year Travel, boarding, and lodging expenses reimbursed by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP software implementation for clients.
• Travel to client locations for project handling (Domestic & International).
• Understand client requirements and support end-to-end ERP implementation, primarily in the packaging/manufacturing sector.
• Act as a functional consultant bridging business requirements with ERP system capabilities.
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules in alignment with client processes.
• Provide functional support across the ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support).
• Conduct client training sessions and prepare process documentation for end-users.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for customization, issue resolution, and smooth project delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.
