- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information about financial products and services.
- Generate new leads through referrals, follow-ups, cold calling, and networking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement effective sales and collection strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in the crm system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.
- Minimum 2 Months of experience in Telesales / Voice Process / Collections (Financial Services preferred).
- Graduates (Freshers) are welcome to apply.
- 12th with Minimum 6 months experience required
- Graduation Freshers can apply
- English & Hindi
- 20 to 29 years
- Year of Birth: 1993 to 2004
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and crm familiarity
- Good data entry and record management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 15,000 22,000 per month In Hand
