Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Management Analyst (PMO) to support the successful delivery of multiple IT services projects. This role will focus on project governance, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across technology initiatives such as Python development, data transformation, and full-stack development projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, hands-on PMO experience, and the ability to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management Support
- Track and manage project and program-level milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Support PMO activities across multiple IT services projects running in parallel.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes, governance standards, and client requirements.
Resource & Operational Management
- Manage resource allocation, utilization tracking, and coordination with delivery teams.
- Handle attendance and timesheet tracking, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support capacity planning and resource forecasting activities.
Pipeline & Stakeholder Coordination
- Perform pipeline tracking and management, coordinating closely with business and client contacts.
- Act as a liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS for internal leadership and client reviews.
- Track key metrics related to schedule, utilization, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
- Support mitigation planning and follow up on action items.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Core Skills
- 3+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management Analyst roles within IT services environments.
- Strong understanding of software development and IT delivery models, including:
- Python-based projects
- Data transformation initiatives
- Full-stack development programs
- Experience supporting multi-project or large-scale programs.
Tools & Technical Exposure
- Proficiency in project tracking tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong ability to create and maintain MIS, trackers, and executive-level reports.
Soft Skills
- Excellent people management and client management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with banking or financial services clients.
- Exposure to structured PMO frameworks or governance models.
Education
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
