Location - Gaur City Mall Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales team with daily coordination & backend operations
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
• Order processing & dispatch follow-ups
• Handle client communication & after-sales support
• Maintain MIS reports, Excel data & CRM updates
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts & operations team

Ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery

• Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Backend Sales experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong MS Excel & MIS knowledge
• Client handling & follow-up skills
• Organized and multitasking ability
