Job Description:
As BPO Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Shifts: General & Rotational Shift (6 days work /1 day off)
- Salary- Upto 3.5LPA
