Plan, schedule, and execute installation, operation, repair, and modification of equipment within the assigned territory.
Effectively manage regional responsibilities and schedules to support all technical and engineering activities across serviced products.
Respond promptly to customer requests, including emergency service calls.
Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including doctors, nurses, and hospital biomedical engineers, and address customer satisfaction concerns.
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to resolve technical queries and support all product-related matters.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate service and performance records for equipment.
Proactively manage customer expectations before and after service interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Communicate relevant business issues, risks, and opportunities to senior management in a timely manner.
Adhere to Client Company health, safety, and environmental policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Client Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business requirements.
