Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client experience.

Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred (training provided).
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.

Work Schedule
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Weekly Off on Monday)

Salary & Benefits
Petrol Allowance: 2000
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives on Sales
