Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Work Schedule:6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off
Work Location: Tin factory KR Puram Bangalore (Work From Office)
Salary: 18,000 - 24,000 In-Hand +CTC+ Performance-Based Incentives up to 15,000

Eligibility:

Minimum 3 months of Tele sales / sales experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply

Job Overview:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell digital financial products to customers through outbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
Generate leads and close sales effectively
Maintain call records and follow-up details

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
