We have urgent job opening for MBBS doctors for work from home.

Job Type - Work from Home
Qualification - MBBS
License - Any State License 
Experience - Fresher/Experience both can apply
Shift - fixed 8hrs shifts
          1 shift - 9amto5pm
          2 shift - 3pm to 11pm
          3shift- 5pm to 1am
          4shift- 11pm to 6am
Salary - upto 35k

 

responsibilities:-

• manages the crucial link between policyholders, hospitals, and insurers, handling claims processing, pre-authorization, policyholder queries, and ensuring compliance, bridging the gap for smooth cashless/reimbursement benefits and maintaining efficient communication for timely approvals and settlements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Claims Management: Processing, validating, and coordinating health insurance claims from submission to settlement.
• Hospital Coordination: Liaising with network hospitals for patient admission, discharge, billing, and securing approvals.
• Policyholder Support: Acting as a point of contact for patient queries, explaining policy coverage, and guiding them through procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, maintaining records of claim statuses, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Compliance: Adhering to insurance regulations and internal protocols.
• Portal Management: Handling various TPA and insurance company portals for approvals and data.
• Verifying documents and sending files for approval.
• Following up with insurance companies for claim clearance.
• Handling billing discrepancies and preparing bills.
• Providing support for health cards and policyholder data
