Job Description
- Proactively reach out to customers via calls to generate leads and close gold loan business.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products as per customer needs.
- Assist customers with documentation and onboarding for gold loans.
- Coordinate with branch/operations teams to ensure timely disbursement and closure of loans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Only male candidates are required for this role.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in gold loans, BFSI, inside sales, or relationship management is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Role Overview
The Gold Loan Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving inside sales, and ensuring smooth operational execution of gold loan processes. The role involves a balanced mix of 70% inside sales and 30% operations.
