Hiring SEO developers for one of the IT consulting firm in Kolkata Location.

 

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive to manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies in line with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building activities (Able to research unique websites)
• Reddit,Quora Forum submission
• Guest Posting and Press release activities
• Knowledge of Local SEO approach
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, headings, and images
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
