Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process. This is a Work From Home opportunity for candidates based in Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers and providing excellent customer support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards.
- Accurately document and quality benchmarks.
- Follow company policies and procedure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Experienced: Atleast 6 months of experience in international voice process is a must.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Must have quite workspace at home.
