Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user behavior, design systems, and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
  
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
  
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
  
• Translate business requirements into engaging user experiences
  
• Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines
  
• Ensure consistency across all platforms and products
  
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
  
• Strong proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
  
• Good understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory
  
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
  
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
  
• Basic knowledge of interaction design & animation
  
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (mandatory)
