Job Description
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting recruitment and core HCM processes while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM with primary focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Configure ORC components including requisitions, job postings, candidate lifecycle, offers, and hiring workflows
- Manage internal and external career sites and job distribution
- Work on end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to hire
- Configure HCM Core setups such as workforce structures, jobs, grades, positions, and legal entities
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, FDD, setup, and test scripts)
- Perform SIT/UAT, support go-live and post-production issues
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and enhancements
- Provide user training and ongoing application support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional
- Strong experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Good understanding of HCM Core and HR business processes
- Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM / ORC Certification
- Experience with Onboarding, Talent Management, or Learning modules
- Exposure to third-party integrations (job boards, background verification, vendors)
Education
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or Engineering
