We are hiring a Billing & Customer Care Executive for our Diagnostics Lab. The ideal candidate will handle billing activities, assist patients, and ensure smooth and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process patient bills accurately
• Manage cash, card, and online payments
• Attend patient calls and provide information on tests, reports, and services
• Coordinate with lab teams for timely report delivery
• Resolve billing and service-related queries professionally
• Maintain records and ensure proper documentation
  

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in any stream
• 0-4 years of experience in hospital or lab billing & customer care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible for all shifts ( no night shifts)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing systems)
• Customer-focused with good attention to detail
  Freshers with excellent communication skills and fluency in English & Kannada are welcome to apply
