Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.- Experience with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with SAP best practices and methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
