Lead Software Test Engineer @ Siemens

Job Description

Mandatory Skills

• Automation test engineer who can understand the user requirements, develop test cases, automation scripts, perform testing, debug the automation code and provide comprehensive reports
• Experience working with AGILE technologies and releases
• Identify Test scenarios and Write Test cases
• Experience in test automation framework development
• Experience with testing of embedded systems or Services oriented applications testing
• Experience in writing, automating test cases using desired / different automation tools, technologies [Free Pascal, C, C++, Python, C# anyone good to have]
• Experience working with international teams
• Experience technically leading a small team of 3/4 people

Roles and Responsibilities

• Product requirements need to be reviewed to create validation tests.
• Creation of test specifications and test scenarios. Ability to write test scenarios.
• Validation & verification with test execution and test report creation
• Realization of tasks within budget, schedule and with a good quality
• Review the (sub-)system requirements against the intended environment/use.
• Extend support to other team members for analyzing field issues

• 9+ years of experience is required.
• Great Communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
