Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of R&D and lab workflows (formulation, testing, sample tracking, experiment documentation).
- Ability to configure complex business rules, workflows, and role-based access in enterprise applications.
- Good grasp of data modeling concepts (entities, relationships, master data, metadata).
- Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, interfaces, file-based data exchange) and working with technical teams.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements (user stories, use cases, process flows).
- Structured approach to problem analysis and root cause determination.
- Ability to balance global standardization with local lab needs.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Service-minded attitude with a focus on user experience and adoption.
- Proactive, selfdriven, and comfortable in a dynamic R&D environment.
- Detailoriented while keeping sight of end-to-end processes and business value.
- Open to feedback and continuous learning; able to work effectively in multicultural teams.

- On-time and quality delivery of enhancements, integrations, and new deployments.
- Measurable improvements in data quality, traceability, and reusability for R&D.
