Configure and manage ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager to support change request processes during the S/4HANA rollout, Define and implement transport strategies, workflows, and approvals for SAP landscape environments (Development, Quality, Production), Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align ChaRM processes with project timelines and business requirements, Ensure proper integration of ChaRM with CTS+, Retrofit, ITSM, and other SolMan components, Monitor change requests, ensure compliance with change control processes, and resolve ChaRM-related issues promptly, Participate in cutover planning and support transport sequencing and release coordination, Provide user training and documentation for ChaRM usage across different teams, Support post-go-live change management, ensuring system stability and governance
