Job Description

Job Opening: Healthcare Process Executive(Domestic)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail

Work Schedule

5-day working with 2 split week offs
Rotational shifts for male employees
Day rotational shifts for female employees
No cab facility provided

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
Knowledge of regional languages such as Bengali, Hindi, Odia, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam

Versant Test

Interview Timings: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
