Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and maintenance are maintained as per Innov8 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

Member Experience

  • Own member onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Act as the first point of contact for member concerns and ensure quick resolution.
  • Drive high service quality and positive customer reviews.

Revenue & Business Performance

  • Drive centre occupancy and revenue through upselling, renewals, and walk-ins.
  • Support the sales team with site visits, closures, and client relationships.
  • Monitor ARR, occupancy, and cost controls to meet profitability targets.

People Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate centre staff including FOE, housekeeping, and vendors.
  • Manage rosters, attendance, performance reviews, and team discipline.
  • Build a strong service culture and reduce attrition.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with landlords, local authorities, and internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR).
  • Ensure timely billing, PO adherence, and cost optimization.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on operations, revenue, and issues.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and internal reporting accuracy.
  • Escalate risks and operational challenges proactively.
