Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for process trainers, focusing on soft skills development.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training services.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
