Job Title : HR OFFICER

Education: : MSW HR/ MBA HR

Age: Max 31 yrs

Location: Raichur, Karnataka

Skills:

* Good Communicational Skills

* Good Interpersonal Skills

* Good negotiation skills,

Key Responsibilities :

A Store HR is a Single point of contact for the entire Store HR Operations.
Store level Recruitment coordination.
Monthly attendance and leave records management.
Salary disbursement coordination.
Validation of 3P bills.
Drive HR initiatives.
End to End HR Generalist activities like Time office Management, Employee Grievances, Payroll etc.,
Business HR Partner for Stores.
Handling approx. 300 associated which includes on-roll and Contractual.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to perform and deliver under strict time lines.
