About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the frontline representative of our customer service team, providing excellent communication and support to our clients and users. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers and entry-level candidates who are passionate about customer experience and service excellence.



Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and support to customers.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Handle inbound customer issues and follow up on requests through to resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels while ensuring proper documentation.

  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive quality customer support outcomes.
