Job Description
We are looking for the post of Field Verification Officer to conduct on ground verification of claims. The role involves field visit ,document verification, Interviews with hospital staff, Doctor, Patients, Insured and report submission to ensure authenticity and accuracy of the claim.Key Responsibilities:
The field verification officer is responsible for conducting on site visits to verify the accuracy and authenticity of information provided by customers ,service providers or other stake holders. This may include inspecting physical locations, verifying documents, confirming data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.Educational Requirements:
- Qualifications-Batchelor degree in paramedical courses/BHMS/BAMS/BDS/MBBS.
- Good writing skills in English for writing field verification reports.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance claim field verification/ Audit/ Adjudication experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using digital tools, mobile apps, and data base for reporting and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of photography for evidence gathering.
Work conditions:
- Field based with frequent travel required
- Flexibility in working hours depending on the site visits.
