Job Description

Credit Management & Underwriting

Oversee credit appraisal and sanctioning of home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and affordable housing loans within delegated authority.
Ensure all credit decisions comply with IIFL Home Finance policies, RBI/NHB guidelines, and internal risk frameworks.
Review high-value, high-risk, and exception cases and provide approval or recommendations.
Monitor adherence to documentation, legal, and technical evaluation standards.
