Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift
Walk-in Interview: 21st, 22nd and 23rd January

Job Role: HR Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO / IT / Non-IT roles
  
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
  
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
  
• Coordinating interview schedules with candidates & clients
  
• Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
  
• Handling walk-ins and bulk hiring requirements
  
• Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets
  

Eligibility:

• Any graduate (freshers can apply)
  
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to learn recruitment process
  
• Target-driven mindset
  

Salary (Freshers): 2.5 LPA 4LPA
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Week Off: Sunday fixed
