Key Responsibilities:

Review medical records including EMRs, physician notes, discharge summaries, and reports
Prepare clear and accurate medical summaries
Identify key medical events, diagnoses, treatments, and timelines
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and meet turnaround timelines

Required Skills:

Medical terminology knowledge
Medical record review & summarization experience
Strong written English skills
Attention to detail
