ASIC Engineer Intern, Design @ Meta

Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ASIC designs that meet customer requirements.
• Participate in the development of new products, including concept generation, architecture definition, and implementation.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn and master key skills and techniques.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing designs, identifying areas for optimization and suggesting solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Strong understanding of digital design principles, including logic synthesis, microarchitecture, and system integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python is desirable.
• Experience with CAD tools like Synopsys Design Compiler or similar software is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
